Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed unless there is a problem with the product quality, or the product item or quantity does not match the order.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for any products. If you find any quality problems or operational failures within 7 days from the date of receipt, please contact customer service for consultation.
If there is any quality problem with the product, customers need to contact our customer service department via Whatsapp +852 9771 1183 or call +852 2111 2884 within 7 days after signing for the product (service hours: 09:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), and provide the order number, the name of the product to be replaced, relevant photos and quantity, so that we can follow up and record.
If the product item or quantity does not match the order, please contact the Customer Service Department in the above manner within 3 days after signing for the product. To ensure the hygiene of the products, the original packaging carton must be completely retained during the exchange, and the product packaging must be in the state when it was delivered to the customer, and the product must be intact and unused, otherwise it will not be accepted.
