When you place an order and complete the payment, you understand and agree to the following terms.

You will receive a confirmation email after successful payment.
The shipping fee for each order is only for the first delivery of the order. The customer shall pay for any additional delivery charges incurred for any reason (including but not limited to the customer requesting to change the delivery location, split delivery, choosing to deliver part of the goods in the order first, refusing to accept the goods, failure to deliver the goods, and failure to deliver the order to the smart cabinet or convenience store due to the size of the order).
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed unless there is a problem with the product quality or the product item or quantity does not match the order.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for any products. If you find any quality problems or operational failures within 7 days from the date of receipt, please contact customer service for consultation.
If there is any quality problem with the product, customers need to contact our customer service department via Whatsapp +852 9771 1183 or call +852 2111 2884 within 7 days after signing for the product (service hours: 09:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), and provide the order number, the name of the product to be replaced, relevant photos and quantity, so that we can follow up and record.
If the product item or quantity does not match the order, please contact the Customer Service Department in the above manner within 3 days after signing for the product. To ensure the hygiene of the products, the original packaging carton must be completely retained during the exchange, and the product packaging must be in the state when it was delivered to the customer, and the product must be intact and unused, otherwise it will not be accepted.
The delivery period is calculated in "working days". "Working days" are Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). The calculation starts from the working day after the order payment is confirmed.
If the delivery time of the goods in the order is different, the order will be sent on the delivery date of the last delivery of the goods.
The products are delivered by a third-party logistics company, and the actual delivery process and time are arranged by the courier company.
If the order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, we can arrange for re-delivery. However, the customer will be required to pay for the re-delivery and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
